What am I buying?
A place in the first Premium Pixlumo production run. It is a full preorder, not a deposit or a wait-list entry.
What does founder pricing mean?
The first 75 orders are £499. Once that first allocation or the 30 September campaign window ends, the preorder price is £599.
When will it ship?
The current estimate is November. It is an estimate, and we will update every founder if that changes.
Will I use the Pixlumo app?
Yes. Premium is intended to be configured through the Pixlumo app, with the same real live sources at the centre of the experience.
Can I cancel before dispatch?
Yes. Contact us before your order enters fulfilment and we'll cancel it and refund the amount paid.
